Dr. Dhara Patel is a board certified physician with with over 5 years of experience treating adults with hormone-related conditions. She specializes in diabetes care, medical weight management, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, calcium imbalances, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).

Dr. Patel takes a comprehensive approach to care, with a strong emphasis on nutrition, lifestyle modification, and long-term metabolic health. She works closely with patients to understand how diet, activity, and daily habits affect their chronic diseases. She integrates these factors alongside evidence-based medical therapy to create individualized treatment plans.

She earned her medical degree from St. George’s University and completed her residency and fellowship training in New Jersey and New York City. Her goal is to help patients achieve sustainable improvements in health and feel empowered in managing their chronic diseases.
